I. Innovative Operations

Breaking the Deadlock of the Light-Asset Model: Using Innovation to Drive a Win-Win Situation for Youth Development and Cultural Tourism

This training camp innovatively adopts a "light on assets, heavy on content" approachThrough its “high-impact experience” operational model, Hechang Technology has established a strong partnership with Hengdian World Studios, significantly reducing core operational costs such as venue setup and logistical support. This has led to dual improvements in resource utilization efficiency and operational effectiveness, and has also become a key initiative for Hengdian in developing sports tourism projects and establishing itself as a sports tourism destination. It is reported that the event attracted more than 200 participants from 14 teams across the country, as well as over 10 young taekwondo athletes from Kazakhstan. The 12-day closed-door professional training camp not only stimulated essential spending among participants on accommodation, meals, transportation, and training equipment, but also effectively stimulated local consumer activity within the Hengdian Scenic Area and its surrounding areas. Furthermore, it provided new insights for Hengdian’s efforts to establish itself as a sports tourism destination with international influence, offering a practical and replicable model for developing sports tourism projects and advancing the construction of a sports tourism destination, thereby achieving a dual enhancement of both sports value and cultural and tourism benefits.
